A Gift Worth Receiving

Steve from Temple and I have been working to get him back on his motorbike for the summer. We had to rebuild the top-end and are on the final stretch. To say thanks he built me this amazing briefcase / laptop case. It has already become my go to bag and I'm stoke Steve is so talented and I'm stoked I have a one of a kind.

James and his boys put together this smooth racer we received today. Also included was a jar of his dad's honey from Vermont. Now I'm not saying we are accepting bribes but you can bet your ass James will have preferred lane choice most of the night. Thanks buddy for the car and the honey.

A Good Read

My dad taught auto shop at the high school I went to. I could take this time to complain about him knowing about any trouble I got into before I was finished with but to be honest having him around, having him know my friends and being able to see him teach an honest trade is something I will always cherish. He's out on the road for the next couple weeks with his buddies, riding bikes, gambling and eating amazing cheap meals learning more about our great country. Lucky for me this book I got him arrived a few days ago and I got to read it before passing it along. If your pop is anything like mine pick it up...or don't, I'm pretty sure my dad won't read it anyway.
